Such a frenzy of emotions goes into selling a house from the start to the very end.  It's finally closing day and by now you have fully moved out, or you are getting the final pieces into the moving truck and the house is fully broom swept clean.  You are starting a new chapter in your life, just like whoever is buying your house and moving in.  By now your agent or attorney have given you all the details and should know when and where to meet for the closing.  You will be meeting with your attorney and your agent, and they will guide you through the final steps of the closing process.  You'll collect your checks for the house, but make sure to bring your check book also, just in case there are any incidentals that need to be taken care of on the spot.  Make sure to discuss with your attorney and real estate professional how the buyers will get their new keys, garage openers and other items they will need to access the property once they have signed on the dotted line.
